You acknowledge that by clicking "Continue" and
continuing with the application process, you understand and agree
that you are authorizing Kuber Financial LLC, dba Mobilend to obtain consumer reports and related information
about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax.
You acknowledge that by clicking "Continue" there
will be no impact to your credit score. You further acknowledge
that upon accepting a loan offer and electronically signing our Loan Agreement (by clicking "Accept") we will report a
hard inquiry to one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as Transunion, Experian, or Equifax. The reporting of
this inquiry may impact your credit score.
You also authorize us to verify information in your application, and you agree that we may contact third parties to
verify any such information.
We may use your consumer reports to authenticate your identity, and to make credit decisions. You authorize us to
obtain consumer reports each time you apply for a loan and during the processing or closing of a loan to you. You
further authorize us and any successor servicers of your loan to obtain consumer reports at various times during the
term of your loan in connection with the servicing, monitoring, collection or enforcement of the loan.
